本案關鍵字為行板、錨點、變奏。在汽機車被高度使用的現代生活中，停車場是維持交通順暢的緩衝區──若無停車場舒緩車輛吞吐，人們將難以移動。而「我不是在停車場，就是在前往停車場的路上」極可能是有車一族的移動常態。因此，停車場扮演促進移動的「行板」同時也是車體停泊的重要「錨點」。

藝術家將「錨點」視覺、抽象化後作為基本原型，以創意突出其指向性，破除單一定性，透過多次重覆，讓基本雛型重新對位產生多重變化組合創作出基地外牆之《錨點變奏》，並將此作氛圍延伸至《錨點行板》後擴充該作功能性成為樓層標誌，歡迎每位駕駛，以此提醒轉彎處應如行板，優雅慢行。

This project focuses on the moderately slow tempo of andante, anchor points, and variations. In today’s life, where automobiles are ubiquitous, parking lots have become buffer zones that regulate traffic flows. Without parking lots to relieve the coming and going of vehicles, it would be difficult for people to move around. “If I’m not in a parking lot, then I’m on my way to one.” This is probably a daily routine for those who get around via an automobile. A parking lot plays the role of facilitating movement in an andante tempo, and it is also an anchor point where automobiles can dock.

The artist begins by abstracting the visual motif of an anchor point and creatively highlights its directionality and liberates it from being one-dimensional. Through repeated gestures, the basic prototype is repositioned to result in various arrangements, which turns into the artwork, Anchor Point Variations, which is located on the site’s periphery wall. The spirit of this artwork is then extended to become Anchor Point Andante, with functionality added to the artwork for it to also serve as signage marking the floor numbers. Welcome drivers, kindly be reminded to gracefully slow down in the tempo of an andante when making turns.
